Refund & Return Policy

At FabellaRugs, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect and prepare every order before shipment. Please read our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, partial refund, or full refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production or shipment has started, cancellations may not be possible for made-to-order products.
